Watch for warning signs on an EV
NHTSA says call 911 if a damaged EV shows smoke, sparks, leaking fluid or bubbling sounds.
Know who is paying for storage
If your insurer stops paying for storage it already approved, Florida law requires 72 hours' notice to move the car.
Have your claim details ready
Your insurance company, policy number and claim number help the shop start your estimate.
