Before you wrap your car
A few things worth knowing before you choose a wrap.
Finishes
Gloss, matte, satin, metallic, carbon fiber, chrome and color-shift finishes are available. The finish is chosen with your estimate.
Damage shows through
Vinyl follows the surface underneath, so dents and chips can show through. They should be repaired first, and Luxe Auto Body does body and paint repair at the same shop.
A wrap is not a repaint
A wrap changes the look of the car and can be removed later. Paint is permanent.
Wrap or PPF?
A wrap is for color and style. Paint protection film is a clear film that helps protect against rock chips and scratches.
Florida sun
The hood and roof take the most sun. Hand washing and covered parking help a wrap keep its look.

Custom Car Wraps questions
What is the difference between a full wrap and a partial wrap?
A full wrap covers the painted exterior panels for a complete change. A partial wrap covers selected panels or accents, such as the hood, roof or mirrors.
Can a wrap protect my paint?
A wrap adds a layer over the paint, but it is mainly for appearance. For protection against rock chips, paint protection film (PPF) is the better choice.
Will a wrap damage my paint?
A wrap installed over paint in good condition is designed to come off without harming it. Damaged areas should be checked and repaired first.
Which wrap finishes do you offer?
Luxe Auto Body offers gloss, matte, satin, metallic, carbon fiber, chrome and color-shift wraps.
What is the difference between matte and satin?
Matte has almost no shine. Satin has a soft sheen, between matte and gloss.
How do I wash a wrapped car?
Hand wash with gentle products. Avoid brush car washes and harsh chemicals.
How much does a car wrap cost?
It depends on the car, how much of it is wrapped and the finish. Send your year, make and model with the estimate form, or call (954) 820-7391.
